Job Description Come work as a Respiratory Therapist with Island Health.

Island Health is seeking Respiratory Therapists to join the team within facilities across Vancouver Island, BC. Multiple openings are available, including full-time, part-time, casual and temporary positions.

Our respiratory therapists work to their full scope across diverse clinical settings, providing exceptional patient-centered care. They enjoy independence and responsibility with evolving therapies, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals. Within our hospitals, Respiratory Therapists work in a wide variety of areas such as: Adult, pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, cardiovascular units, coronary care units, emergency departments, home oxygen programs, inpatient respiratory care units, medical, surgical and cardiac inpatient units, neurosurgical/trauma centres, operating rooms, pulmonary function labs, respiratory education and sleep disorders labs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience Graduation from a recognized program in Respiratory Therapy. Eligible for registered membership with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT).
