Front Of House
Working in a small fast-paced restaurant, your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
General duties will include, but are not limited to:
Opening and closing of the restaurants Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and dining experience Good knowledge of restaurant menu Handling POS system and table reservation system Providing drink recommendations and upselling products Handling payments, till open and closures Taking reservations in person or by telephone Keeping the working area clean at all times Daily and weekly cleaning tasks Effectively communicating with kitchen staff and working closely in a high paced environment

Previous hospitality experience

Venue Manager, Floor Lead
