We are seeking a talented individual to join our Aviation team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a member of the team within the Aviation Specialty Group, you would help provide the expertise to service our aircraft and aerospace clients.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a book of varied Aviation risks including high profile, complex accounts
• Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
• Ability to assist in developing market strategy
• Facilitates submission of coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers
• Advice on changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.
• Interfaces closely with client teams and/or client directly to support retention and new business production.

What you need to have:

• 3-5+ years insurance experience on the Broker or Insurer side
• Broker License (or willingness to obtain)
• Works well in collaborative team environment

• Proficiency and attention to detail using email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
