Indspire is seeking a Student Caller (Part-time employment) to start immediately. They will support the strategic goals of Indspire by assisting with donor thank-you calls and gain valuable experience in the field of fundraising and the charitable sector. Position Responsibilities Under the day-to-day guidance of the Donor Services team, the Student Caller will:
- Conduct donor thank you calls to express appreciation for contributions and share the impact of giving.
- Follow up with donors to update or confirm payment information, including expired or expiring credit cards for monthly gifts.
- Accurately record donor interactions, updates, and feedback in Indspire’s database, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Develop communication and donor relations skills through training and ongoing support from the Stewardship and Donor Relations team.
- Support additional stewardship and donor relations activities, as required.
Position Qualifications We are seeking a dependable post-secondary student who has ideally benefited from Indspire’s Building Brighter Futures: Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards program. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong people skills, including active listening;
- Comfort engaging individuals by telephone; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic database management.
Experience working in a call centre, customer service, or fundraising environment is considered an asset.Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted from time to time, as required.Benefits

Schedule
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week;
