About The Role The Account Manager will manage a large portfolio of client accounts to ensure compliance with EPR and environmental regulations while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role oversees contracts, billing, and service delivery, while supporting accurate data collection, reporting, and audit.
- Manage client accounts by overseeing contracts, billing, and service delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients remain satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Compliance to make sure client needs are met and business goals are supported.
- Learn about clients’ industries and understand their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations and related regulations.
- Work with Business Development and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and payment processing for clients.
- Review and audit client data processes to understand how they gather and report information.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build strong, trusted relationships
- Provide training and support to clients to help them understand requirements and ensure compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding quickly to inquiries, anticipating client needs, and escalating urgent issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and expand service offerings to better support clients.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field (required).
- 2–3 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
- 1+ years of experience in the sustainability, environmental compliance sector, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting data management, reporting, and working with client or operational data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and present information to external clients.
