LE POSTE

Aliments Putters est à la recherche d’un professionnel engagé qui sera responsable de la gestion globale de toutes les activités comptables et financières de l’entreprise. Le ou la contrôleur(se) financier(ère) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de la direction financière ainsi que les autres membres de la direction, et sera appelé(e) à proposer et mettre en œuvre des processus ainsi qu’à développer des analyses financières qui permettront à l’entreprise de soutenir sa croissance.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

– Piloter la performance financière de l’entreprise à travers l’analyse, le reporting et le suivi des indicateurs clés (KPIs). – Préparer des états financiers fiables et accompagner la direction dans la prise de décisions stratégiques. – Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets, prévisions et plans financiers. – Optimiser les processus financiers, les contrôles internes et l’automatisation des opérations. – Assurer la gestion financière quotidienne (facturation, paiements, trésorerie, stocks). – Veiller à la conformité réglementaire et interagir avec les partenaires externes. – Gérer, encadrer et développer la performance de l’équipe comptable et administrative. – Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, production, RH) afin d’aligner la stratégie financière avec les enjeux opérationnels.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

– Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance, avec certification CPA. – Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou en finance. – Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, avec maîtrise avancée d’Excel. – Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer des priorités multiples. – Grande attention aux détails et rigueur dans la présentation de l’information. – Sens de l’initiative et fortes capacités d’analyse. – Capacité à s’adapter dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif. – Excellentes aptitudes en communication et aisance à travailler en équipe. – Solides compétences en organisation, planification et gestion du temps. – Bilinguisme requis — maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

THE ROLE

Aliments Putters is seeking a dedicated professional who will be responsible for managing all the company’s accounting and financial activities. The Financial Controller will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other members of the management team, and will be tasked with proposing and implementing processes as well as developing financial analyses to support the company’s growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Drive the company’s financial performance through analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring. – Prepare reliable financial statements and support management in strategic decision-making. – Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. – Optimize financial processes, internal controls, and operational automation. – Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including billing, payments, cash management, and inventory. – Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with external partners. – Lead, manage, and develop the performance of the accounting and administrative team. – Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to align financial strategy with business objectives.

PROFILE

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with CPA certification. – At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. – Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. – Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and information presented. – Strong initiative and analytical skills. – Ability to adapt and show flexibility in a dynamic and collaborative environment. – Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. – Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. – Bilingualism required — proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.
