We are hiring an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for our Yellowknife branch, based out of our Winnipeg (Centreport) office!

We are looking for an organized and self motivated individual to work in an administrative role from Monday to Friday.
Job Duties:
- Contact and scheduling personnel for mobilization and crew rotation.
- Assist with crew scheduling
- Schedule travel and accommodations
- Create change of status and termination requests.
- Filing and record keeping as required.
- Assist with monitoring training, ensure all training is up to date.
- Complete data entry.
- Ensure time and billing tasks are entered on time and accurately, including contracts, bonus tracking, reports, payroll, invoices and DTRs.
- Translation of company materials.
- Other administrative duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of drilling/mining industry would be considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to operate with little supervision.
- Strong knowledge of computer programs and systems.
