We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (CPA) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys public practice, values work-life balance, and wants the opportunity to influence the future direction of a growing firm with the future possibility of ownership.

Role Description The Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within the firm, including managing client engagements, reviewing financial statements and tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. This role involves supervising and mentoring staff, delegating work, monitoring deadlines, and supporting the team. The Senior Manager will maintain and grow client relationships, provide strategic advice on tax planning and business matters, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ingersoll, ON, requiring regular collaboration with team members and direct interaction with clients at the office.

Qualifications Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) in good standing and experience in public practice or a similar environment required . Proficiency in financial reporting, tax preparation and planning, and compliance with applicable accounting and tax standards. Strong leadership capabilities, including staff supervision . Demonstrated client service skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and build long-term relationships. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Experience using accounting and tax software, along with strong general computer literacy and comfort with digital workflows. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage engagement budgets effectively.
