Triple O’s is a BC based premium quick service brand, famous for incredibly delicious award-winning burgers, fresh cut Kennebec fries, Secret Triple “O” Sauce and premium hand scooped milkshakes. A great place to visit and a great place to work that always delivers a “Taste Like No Other.”
Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Bonus potential of up to $14,000 per year
In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, General Managers are responsible for:
- Providing overall leadership, establishing a sense of urgency, being a role model for the team
- Working “hands-on” with the team
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
- Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always
- Hiring and training their staff
- Promoting their operation in the local market
- Coordinating in-store promotions
- Developing and meeting financial plans
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Excellent comprehension of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * A proven record of training and developing a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership, high energy and enthusiasm * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
