Part-time/Full-time Fairview Mall Kiosk Associate

We have taken the spa experience and transformed it into a wellness village. Thermea Spa Village Whitby is familiar: it feels like home and allows its guests to escape the hectic pace of modern life. Our spa village is the first of its kind, with state-of-the-art installations and at its core, buildings reminiscent of a distant past, when life was strongly connected with nature and steeped in traditions. Our spa village, a twist on traditional spa culture, combines unique experiences inspired by rituals found around the globe with a distinctively Canadian character—a peaceful hideaway for our guests, not too far from home.
It takes a village, join us. We are seeking passionate Kiosk Associates in the Fairview Mall, North York area to join our village. Reporting to the Marketing and Community Relations Manager, the Kiosk Associate will operate one of Thermea Spa Village’s temporary kiosks during the holiday period. The primary objective of the incumbent will be to promote and sell various spa products and services that meet the needs of our customers and our sales targets.
You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.
What you ’ ll do
- Inform customers about Thermea Spa Village’s various services and products;
- Identify customers needs while creating sales opportunities;
- Assist with the sales and purchase of Thermea gift certificates
- Maintain heavy customer traffic;
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the kiosk;
- Perform other related duties.
Profile What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new technologies;
- Experience with using a POS system;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment;
- Versatile, thorough, and autonomous;
- Shows initiative;
- Punctuality and reliability;
- Professional and collaborative attitude;
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- One-year experience in customer service;
- Experience in sales;
Work Schedule & Locations: Full-time and / or part-time - Variable hours (Days, evenings, weekends and holidays required).
Be available from early-November to December 31, 2025
