Job Description This is a regular full-time position and is located in Val-d'Or.

- Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Strong aptitude for people management, communication and organization
- Vehicle parts knowledge (asset)
- Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada. (asset)

The Traction network, which is part of UAP’s Heavy Vehicle Parts Division (HVPD), offers more than 500,000 products from over 1,000 suppliers dedicated to trucks and trailers.
In every Traction store, you can count on the expertise and service of heavy vehicles specialists. The Traction network serves single truck operators as well as businesses with fleets of several thousand trucks and trailers. Traction services all sectors, including freight transportation, public services, construction, mining, forestry, passenger transportation, to name a few.
