As part of our team, you will help ensure reliable production planning and contribute to building efficient, responsive production processes that support business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing

Support development and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and resource use.

Assist with updating production orders and schedules in company planning systems and ensure data accuracy.

Monitor production progress, flag deviations, and work with production and operations teams to address issues.

Help coordinate material supply and inventory checks to support scheduled work.

Participate in planning meetings and communicate schedule changes or updates to relevant teams.
-
Track basic performance indicators such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery.

Contribute to process improvement efforts within the production planning function.

Demonstrate and reinforce company values and teamwork in all planning interactions.
Qualifications Education:
- Diploma or degree in operations, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Recent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- Up to three years of experience in planning, production coordination, manufacturing support, or related experience.
- Exposure to integrated planning systems and an eagerness to develop system expertise.
Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Clear and structured written and verbal communication.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn planning processes.
