Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Junior Human Resource Information System Officer based in Kitchener, ON. The officer will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and supporting HR operations. Day-to-day tasks include data entry, troubleshooting system issues, assisting with system upgrades, and providing support to HR staff in utilizing the HRIS efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS management and data entry
  • Proficiency in generating reports and data analysis
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for system issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting HR staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Kitchener, ON
