How You’ll Make an Impact Establish and execute operational vision, processes, and standards for engineering teams to improve predictability, delivery speed, and reliability Set priorities, performance goals, and accountability for service delivery and operational outcomes Build and scale an operational model while supporting hands-on execution as required Serve as a senior escalation point for digital execution and engineering issues and oversee risk management and corrective actions Define roadmaps for engineering and digital execution across enterprise platforms, manufacturing systems, and product ecosystems Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with organizational needs Partner with regional, operational, and business stakeholders to align digital and engineering capabilities with strategic goals and connect processes across functions Build and develop teams through recruitment, mentoring, and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
