Who You Will Work With: The vacant Asset Management, Lead role will report to the Leader, Infrastructure Engineering.
The Asset Management, Lead will be responsible the enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) practice, through the development of processes, procedures and policies, aligned with ITIL and ISO/IEC compliance standards. Candidate should have experience with SAM and HAM specifically in setting up and configuring the required data elements in the CMDB and finance to support HAM/SAM.
What You Will Do:
- Management of Interac’s HAM and SAM.
- Maintain the accuracy of Interac’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Perform auditability and reconciliation of user assets to financial records.
- IT asset procurement, tracking and supply chain integrity.
- Year-over-year forecasts and reporting on asset financials.
- Maintaining an indexable, searchable, and reportable asset database.
- The entire asset lifecycle, including asset disposal compliance.
- Enterprise IT fleet management processes, procedures, and policies.
- Secure deployment and onboarding of employee assets.
- KPIs which measure the financial and operational effectiveness of Interac’s ITAM.
- Presenting continuous improvement plans to evolve and mature Interac’s ITAM.
- Actively participating in Interac’s adjacent ITIL practices; Incident, Problem, Change, Documentation.
- Actively participating in Interac’s vendor, risk, and vulnerability management practices.
What You Bring:
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
- 7+ years’ experience in IT.
- 5+ years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent.
- ISO 19770/27001 certification.
- ITIL 4 certification.
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
- Demonstrable experience with hardware, software and IT services contracts.
- Demonstrable experience in the audit and compliance of IT assets.
- Demonstrable experience in IT fleet management.
- Experience with ServiceNow SaaS platform.
- Experience and confidence with presenting to senior leadership.
What We’re Offering: The hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000, and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
