About the role

Company Description

NetNow is a leading venture-backed fintech building at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and B2B credit. Credit is the engine behind B2B commerce, yet the systems that power it have barely changed for decades. Suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors still rely on manual workflows, paper applications, email threads, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems to extend and manage credit. NetNow is changing that.

Our platform helps credit teams across North America run their process end to end, from digital applications and automated trade and bank references to real-time account monitoring, risk analytics, and faster, smarter approvals. Companies across industries like lumber and building materials, HVAC, electrical, and heavy equipment use NetNow to onboard customers up to 70% faster while cutting hours of manual work from every application.

NetNow currently works with some of the largest and most notable B2B organizations across North America and is growing rapidly into other markets and product segments. We're looking to grow our Business Operations team to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

About the role

You'll report to the Director of Business Operations, work closely with our founders, and operate at the center of how NetNow scales. It's a role for someone who wants to build, not maintain, with a clear path to grow into a leadership role as NetNow scales.

What you'll do

Support our customer and product strategy, helping us build more meaningful relationships with new and existing customers and building a playbook for our product roadmap Support partner management across our partner ecosystem, including partner enablement, joint go-to-market, and performance tracking Help identify and build AI-powered workflows that drive operational efficiency across the business Support customer success programs: account health, expansion initiatives, and the analytical work that informs retention and growth Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, and customer teams, from tooling rollouts to operational process changes Help build the playbooks, standard operating procedures, and dashboards that turn ad-hoc processes into repeatable systems as the team scales

What you'll bring

1 to 3 years of post-graduate experience, ideally in management consulting, strategy consulting, fintech, or a comparable analytical, client-facing role Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to C-Suite and Finance leadership teams and communicate complex topics effectively A customer-first orientation, with genuine energy for client-facing work and ownership over the customer experience Genuine curiosity about AI and automation, with an instinct for where modern tools can scale operational work A process-minded approach, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or inefficient workflows Strong ownership and the ability to operate independently with limited precedent A bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

Experience at a SaaS, fintech, or B2B startup

Willingness to wear multiple hats and work directly alongside senior management Prior hands-on experience building AI workflows or automations Comfort working with data (SQL is a plus)

Equal opportunity and accessibility

NetNow welcomes applicants of every background, identity, and experience. If you require accommodations during the hiring process, please contact alex.s@netnow.io.
