About the role

We are looking for a sales and promotions program analyst to work in the dynamic and stimulating environment of off-road vehicle sales programs, in close collaboration with multiple teams involved in commercial strategy. You will be able to use your skills to influence and implement highly strategic decisions for the North American motorsports division. You will hold a position that will challenge you and offer you many opportunities to develop your skills.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Analyze market data to identify key drivers of retail and wholesale.

Assess the competitive environment and the positioning of your brands.

Build promotion strategy aligned with sales, product and finance priorities.

Recommend course-correction plans to achieve retail objectives.

Execute promotional recommendations across all channels.

Identify growth opportunities for the organization and our dealer network.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or any other relevant degree

Analytical and synthetical skills

Strong ability to communicate and develop interpersonal relationships

Self-sufficiency and initiative to quickly identify business needs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
