- Identifier et analyser les besoins pour assurer une intégration conforme à la solution GIA
- Effectuer une analyse approfondie des modèles d'accès applicatifs et proposer des solutions adaptées
- Connaissance des différentes notions GIA (RBAC, ABAC, etc.)
- Produire les évidences requises
Talents et qualifications :
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience pertinente en GIA dans un rôle similaire
- Excellente orientation client et bonnes compétences relationnelles
- Leadership affirmé, capacité de négociation et d'influence
- Capacité à bien communiquer
- À l'aise avec l'ambiguïté
- Goût et expérience du travail en équipe
- Expérience avec les outils GIA tels que Sailpoint, PAM
- Bonne connaissance des cadres de gouvernance des accès
- Excellente maîtrise du mode Agile/SAFe
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs;
- Support business units in designing an access model that meets compliant GIA standards;
- Ability to identify and analyze requirements to ensure proper integration with our GIA solution;
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate application access models and propose suitable solutions to business sectors;
- Knowledge of various GIA concepts (RBAC, ABAC, etc.);
- Production of evidence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in GIA in a similar role
- Excellent customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and influence abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Teamwork experience and interest
- Experience with GIA tools such as Sailpoint, PAM
- Knowledge of access governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodology
