About The Role Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Pharmacy Technician on behalf of a specialty pharmacy and IV infusion clinic in Victoria, BC. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team that delivers both traditional and specialty pharmacy services in a unique, inter-professional setting.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, registered technician who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and wants to contribute to advanced clinical care alongside pharmacists, nurses, and support staff.

What Youll Do

  • Process and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently using Kroll
  • Maintain compliance with BC College of Pharmacists standards and protocols
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders
  • Prepare and package medications, including blister packs, compounding, and sterile products (if applicable)
  • Assist in organizing workflow for optimal service delivery
  • Support pharmacists in dispensing, documentation, and patient care coordination
  • Contribute to a high-touch, team-based service model
  • Help maintain paperless systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and providers
  • Participate in training, team huddles, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
  • Proficiency in Kroll and pharmacy workflow systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy or clinical environment is an asset
