Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you support our banking clients in successfully achieving their strategic, digital, and organizational transformations. Your role is to create sustainable value by combining vision, innovation, and operational excellence.
Retail Banking: evolving distribution networks, marketing/CRM/multi-channel development, supporting digital transformation, banking innovations and payment methods, Big Data/Data Science approaches, etc.
Corporate and Investment Banking: improving performance and reducing costs, optimizing front-to-back processes, developing and optimizing financing channels, integrating securities activities, regulatory compliance, integrating banking/Fintech innovations (including Blockchain).
Finance Departments: managing finance/risk convergence, ALM and financial performance, IFRS 9 compliance, performance and evolving reporting channels, etc.
As part of the firm's internal activities, particularly within dynamic monitoring groups, your involvement will focus on the following areas:

You will participate in business development, particularly by managing bank accounts and client relations on existing projects. You will also participate in developing new opportunities and developing new offerings.

You will lead and supervise teams on client assignments. or internal firm projects (working groups, training, etc.) and contribute to the recruitment and skills development of employees.

You will actively contribute to our publication policy and the marketing of banking practice offerings (writing articles, presenting sector insights, etc.) to our external clients.
Qualifications
With a university degree in engineering or administration, you must have prior experience with major consulting firms or in consulting with leading financial institutions.

You have at least 8 years of management experience, including 5 years in consulting.

You have worked on large-scale projects in the banking sector.

You have the ability to work in a team, are open-minded, have analytical skills, and are looking to join a motivating professional environment where you will share the values of results-oriented culture, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Fluent French and professional English are essential
