What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the purchasing process
- Leverage your product knowledge and experience to present new and pre-owned vehicles effectively
- Foster long-term customer relationships through follow-up, referrals, and exceptional service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance standards
- Stay current on inventory, financing options, and manufacturer programs
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process and industry trends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
