About the role

**Location:Sherwood Park, Alberta(in-office only) **Type:**Full-time, Permanent
**Pay:Starting at $17.50/hour(to be discussed during interview) **Shift/Schedule:**2 Shifts available

**Shift 1:**6:00am - 2:30pm (Saturday - Wednesday)

**Shift 2:**10:30am - 7:00pm (Friday - Tuesday)

Position Summary

As aCustomer Care Representative(CCR), you’ll be the first point of contact for clients across Canada, providing professional support while helping customers understand program options and move toward installation. This is a sales-driven position where your ability to connect with people, build trust, and guide conversations toward successful outcomes directly contributes to our mission of creating safer roads.

This is an entry-level role with full sales and product training provided - no prior industry experience is required. You’ll gain valuable experience in customer engagement, consultative sales, and problem-solving within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment that provides ongoing coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from new and existing clients in both French and English, providing product and program information.
  • Engage callers in a consultative conversation to identify needs and recommend suitable program options.
  • Achieve established performance metrics, including target close rates of 65%+ and daily conversion goals.
  • Create and update customer accounts, schedule installations, and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism while maintaining focus on client experience.
  • Follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and a positive outcome.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to share best practices and achieve collective team goals.
  • Contribute to a supportive environment that values accountability, coaching, and growth.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a sales-target environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or sales environment an asset, but not required - we’ll train you.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
