This role combines 70% traditional project management responsibilities with 30% Scrum Master duties, overseeing a squad of up to 25 team members, including backend engineers, frontend developers, quality engineers, business analysts, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management (70%):

Lead end-to-end project management for the "Channel" portfolio, focusing on mobile banking application navigation and user experience (high-traffic, low-risk pages).

Develop and execute project plans using a Waterfall-style planning approach with Agile execution methodologies.

Manage financials and budgets for multiple projects, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee capacity planning across multiple projects, balancing resources and timelines to meet strict release schedules.

Manage downstream technical integrations, ensuring robust coordination with legacy and backend systems for high-volume transactional flows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, quality engineering, business analysis, and product teams, to deliver cohesive solutions.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Scrum Master Duties (30%):
