Lee’s Donutsis a mom-and-pop donut shop that specializes in serving handmade, quality, classic donuts based on an original recipe founded by its owners, Alan and Betty-Ann Lee in 1979! We are committed to providing a fast, friendly and exceptional customer experience and serving freshly made donuts to all of our customers!
TheCustomer Service Associateprovides an exceptional customer experience and assists with general upkeep of the store.
Location: Lee's Donuts, Vancouver International Airport, Richmond, British Columbia
**Schedule:**Mandatory weekend availability
Pay: $17.85 hourly
**Job Type:**Full-time/Part-time
Job Responsibilities
- Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience
- Maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate
- Remains knowledgeable of the store’s merchandise and current promotions
- Assists in the cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintains store displays and merchandise
- Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise
- Replenishes backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor
- Conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed
- Perform opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security
- Communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner
- If identified as a keyholder, additional responsibilities will be assigned
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience in starting conversations with total strangers
- 1+ years experience cash handling
- 1+ years experience in supervisory role for Sales Lead
- Exceptional Customer Service Experience
- Must have a satisfactory Airport Badging Process
