About the job
As a member of the Provider Services Branch, you will:
- Support day to day office operations including team logistics and help maintain efficient workflows
- Triage incoming calls and requests based on knowledge of branch functions
- Draft correspondence and prepare clear, well-organized documents
- Monitor timelines, follow up on tasks and support team coordination to keep projects moving forward
- Organize files, manage emails, and maintaining records to support smooth daily operations
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and communications using standard templates
- Update shared resources and using standard office software to support team readiness and workplace efficiency
What you bring to the team
Mandatory:
- Typing of 40 words per minute
Administration & Organization
You can:
- Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and support efficient workflow across the team
- Keep office systems, supplies, and equipment organized and functioning reliably
- Respond to inquiries and share information accurately
- Review documents to ensure they meet requirements
Analytical & Problem Solving
You can:
- Review and assess incoming correspondence, calls, and requests with sound judgment
- Organize and prioritize work to meet competing deadlines in a multi-priority setting
- Apply attention to detail when reviewing documents, formats, and calculations
- Resolve scheduling challenges and help keep team priorities aligned
Communication & Collaboration
You have:
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Tact and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive materials
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with colleagues and partners across the branch
Technical Office Skills:
You can:
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel, SharePoint etc.
- Enter and retrieve information from databases or tracking systems
- Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations
