About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate CrossFit coach for 5:30AM, 6:30AM; and 8:30AM 1-2 days a week. The ideal candidate possess a deep understanding of the CrossFit methodology and is driven to help members safely define and overcome their limitations within a supportive, high-performance environment through create structured, engaging classes.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class experience to groups of 12?20 athletes, applying the CrossFit methodology as outlined in the Level 1 and Level 2 Manuals while maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging class environment
- Review programming and develop lesson plans prior to each class to facilitate effective teaching, appropriate scaling, and a well-managed class that starts and finishes on time.
- Demonstrate mastery of Teaching, Seeing, Correcting, Group Management, Presence & Attitude, and Demonstration to improve athlete safety, movement quality, and performance
- Build meaningful relationships with members by learning names, understanding individual goals, and providing personalized coaching within the group setting.
- Maintain Breaker facility and coaching standards by arriving prepared, ensuring equipment readiness, and leaving the space clean and organized following class.
- Uphold Breaker brand values by participating in group classes, engaging with the community, and taking ownership of ongoing professional development.
About You
- You have a strong passion for the CrossFit methodology and demonstrate mastery of the nine foundational movements, including their points of performance, faults, and corrections
- You understand and apply CrossFit coaching principles, including layering, progressions, scaling, threshold training, and the mechanics?consistency?intensity framework
- You have experience coaching athletes of varying ability levels and can provide individualized coaching within a group setting.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, command the room, and create a structured, professional coaching environment
- You are professional, reliable, and take ownership of your preparation, performance, and ongoing development as a coach
Requirements & Expectations
- You consistently train and maintain a level of fitness that allows you to credibly represent and effectively demonstrate the CrossFit methodology
- Availability to teach a minimum of 3 classes and up to 15 classes per week,
- Consistent availability including early mornings or evenings, and/or weekends
- Willingness to substitute classes when needed
- Participation in community events, content shoots, and promotional opportunities
- Participation in ongoing team development workshops and internal communication
Required Qualifications
- CrossFit Level 1 or higher, with a CF-L3 preferred
- CPR/AED Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience coaching group fitness
Compensation & Benefits
- $35?$120 per class, based on credentials, experience, and demonstrated coaching competency
- 65% to you Personal Training Split

- Up to $2,500 annually in Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement.
