Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Business Analyst to become a key member of our growing team. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business analysis activities across multiple projects, focusing on digital enablement and delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development and implementation teams.
• Utilize skills in Capture - Business Analyst to optimize processes and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements and project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
• Support the adoption and integration of new technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Adapt to emerging tools like Co-pilot, Power Pages, or process mining, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills within a 2-4 week timeframe.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in digital projects and business process optimization.
• Strong technical expertise in Capture - Business Analyst.
• Solid background in digital enablement and solution delivery.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in Co-pilot, Power Pages, or process mining tools, with a willingness to undergo a learning curve for new technologies.
• Self-sufficiency in developing basic Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions without heavy reliance on technical teams.

Salary And Other Compensation We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $100,000 – $116,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

Working arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON.
