- Assess business needs to support enhancements in technology platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for system upgrades and drive implementation.
- Map out operational workflows that reflect strategic priorities.
- Support testing phases and resolve system issues to maintain reliable performance.
- Keep project documentation current to reflect ongoing developments.

- Document systems and visualize processes through effective mapping techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of system validation, including testing methodologies and issue resolution.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and digital tools relevant to the real estate sector.
