As BES expands its digital reach, we’re introducing a new role designed to deepen engagement with prospective clients and broaden awareness of our services online. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, high-autonomy environment and is motivated by results, relationship-building, and purposeful work.

Role Overview

The Commission-Based Online Sales Representative will help introduce organizations to BES’s online SAAS platform by identifying potential clients, generating new leads, and cultivating meaningful conversations through online channels. This role is fully remote and fully commission-based, with strong earning potential for someone who is energized by outreach, digital engagement, and representing a mission-driven firm.

You’ll work independently, using your sales skills, online presence, and digital communication strategies to connect with organizations that could benefit from our BES Client Portal and BES Job Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through online outreach, social media, and other digital channels

• Conduct virtual presentations to introduce the BES Client Portal and the BES Job Board

• Close sales and meet monthly targets through consultative, relationship-based selling

• Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity levels, leads, and client interactions

• Share real-time insights on client needs, industry trends, and opportunities that can inform BES’s online growth strategy

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and lived experiences. The following skills and experiences will support success in this role:

• Experience in online sales, business development, or digital outreach

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently

• A track record of meeting targets in remote or high-autonomy roles

• Familiarity with CRM tools, online sales platforms, or digital prospecting strategies (an asset, not a requirement)
