About the role
Role: Inventory Planner
Location: Toronto, ON (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) Duration: 12-Month Contract
We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Planner with experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or retail data analysis. If you enjoy working with large datasets, solving inventory challenges, and supporting retail operations, we'd love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Product SKUs ✔ Analyze inventory data and maintain data integrity ✔ Support inventory allocation and replenishment planning ✔ Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements ✔ Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Distribution Center, and Store teams
Required Skills
✅ 2+ years of Inventory Planning, Merchandise Planning, Allocation Planning, or Data Analysis experience ✅ Experience with large datasets, PO management, SKUs, and retail math ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Intermediate Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Preferred Skills
⭐ Retail industry experience ⭐ SAP and/or Retail Pro experience ⭐ Previous experience with a global retail brand is a plus
