It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Adheres to the organization’s service level agreement by providing prompt responses to incoming customer support tickets. These tickets range from simple to moderately complex issues related to applications and browsers.

Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and accurately.

Logs all customer contacts in the support ticket system and maintains complete and accurate information.

Develops and maintains strong technical and business expertise in RBA applications.

Develops and maintains a solid understanding of customer requirements and processes.

Actively supports RBA’s unwavering commitment to safety: sending everyone home, every day, as they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your own safety and that of your team, colleagues, and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS

Baccalauréat préféré, diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.

Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de support client.

Expérience pratique dans la prise en charge d'applications Web.

Excellentes compétences en relation avec le client et capacité à traiter avec différents niveaux de compétence des clients avec patience et politesse.

Compétences en bases de données relationnelles, SQL et en dépannage requises.

Expérience de la suite Microsoft Office.

Expérience du processus d'achat au paiement préférée.

Compétences supérieures en communication écrite et verbale.

Une passion pour un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur la performance.

Être disposé à travailler selon des horaires atypiques si nécessaire.

Multilingue essentiel.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support environment.

Hands-on experience supporting web applications.

Excellent customer relations skills and the ability to interact with customers of varying skill levels with patience and courtesy.

Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and troubleshooting required.

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with the procure-to-pay process is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
