What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
- Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, interpret, and present complex data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support operational excellence.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and KPIs to monitor and improve field operations performance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to inform strategic planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead AI transformation projects, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to streamline operations and elevate decision-making.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to communicate insights effectively across teams.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance analysis, preferably in field operations or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning and automation tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
