About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-impact enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Java development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Translate business requirements into high-quality, optimized code. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with global teams. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests. Support application deployment and CI/CD processes. Learn and adopt internal frameworks and Java best practices.
Required Skills
✅ 7–15 years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE ✅ Java 8+ ✅ Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate ✅ Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) & Design Patterns ✅ PL/SQL, SQL & Query Tuning ✅ Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting ✅ Jenkins, TeamCity or other CI/CD tools ✅ Layered & Component-Based Architecture ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Experience writing unit tests ✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Python or Perl scripting Experience with web applications, batch processing, or streaming applications Exposure to finance or legal domain (preferred, not mandatory)
