Location: Rosetown, Saskatchewan
Western Sales is hiring an Accounting Specialist- Accounts Payables
Western Sales a busy multi-location dealership is currently looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist for our Rosetown location.
The right candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- matching invoices to purchase orders
- reconciling statements
- maintaining accurate records
- communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
The candidate must have:
- Experience in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Advanced keyboarding skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Fluency in English
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Experience in the agricultural industry
- Professional certification in accounting or finance
Competitive benefits package.
Compensation will depend on experience.
