This role will be within our Collateral Management (CMS) team, a national tech solution that boosts lien and registration services, recovery services, and insolvency management solutions for Canadian Lenders.
Role: Agent, Insolvency (Regular Fulltime)
Location: Mississauga (Hybrid) The role will provide administration of claims filing and ongoing file maintenance on behalf of our clients in alignment with documented processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Administration of day-to-day processes in the Insolvency department including: Claim filing and voting on behalf of our clients for bankruptcy and Consumer Proposals; Payment processing, Data entry, Incoming correspondence, and Credit counseling services; Ensure all tasks and internal queues are actioned and completed in accordance with the aligned work instructions within the prescribed timelines. The role will provide administration of claims filing and ongoing file maintenance on behalf of our clients in alignment with documented processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
About You
Completion of Grade 12 – minimum; post-secondary education considered an asset. Ability to multi-task to ensure service delivery expectations are met. Demonstrate strong ability with Microsoft Office products, including knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize work by meeting deadlines and client expectations. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality level.
Proficient keyboarding skills
Completion of Grade 12 – minimum; post-secondary education considered an asset. Ability to multi-task to ensure service delivery expectations are met. Demonstrate strong ability with Microsoft Office products, including knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize work by meeting deadlines and client expectations. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality level.

Compensation
Our ranges reflect the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role, the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
The base salary range for this position is
