Salary: $60,000 to $65,000
Description
Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. Build a culture of professionalism and elevated service, grounded in tailoring expertise and product knowledge. Oversee all day-to-day operations including scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. Cultivate lasting client relationships by ensuring personalized, one-on-one service remains at the heart of the store experience. Partner with regional and head office teams to bring visual and promotional strategies to life. Ensure operational excellence, team performance, and store profitability.
Requirements
Leadership experience in fashion or specialty retail, preferably in menswear or premium apparel. A strong sense of personal style and a genuine interest in helping others dress with confidence. Excellent people skills—you’re a natural coach, communicator, and motivator. Business acumen: you know your numbers and how to translate them into smart, actionable strategies. A hands-on, lead-by-example approach on the floor—especially during peak periods and key client interactions.
