JOB SUMMARY:

Embarking on a transformative journey, the Technology Services Division is reshaping its culture and service delivery approach, focusing on four key priorities:

Leads a team of finance professionals as the head of finance for the Technology Services Division. Provides strategic financial direction, leadership and operational support for the transformation, integration, and re- organization of the service delivery of the division's programs inclusive of operating and capital budgets, internal and external financial reporting, financial activities, and controls, complement management and City-wide technology asset management. To lead the implementation of transformative change across the division and provide direction, leadership, and guidance to implement the proposed organizational structure and to ensure it is aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
