Sales and Operations Coordinator | Mississauga, ON | On-Site
Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience
We’re hiring a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join a growing organization that supports municipal contracts across North America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role combining people operations, sales administration, and procurement support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, operates with autonomy, and wants to be closely involved in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced business. This is not a traditional HR role and not a pure sales coordinator position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Providing sales administration support including order processing, documentation, contracts, proposals, and internal approvals
- Tracking sales activity, forecasts, and CRM updates while coordinating between sales, operations, and finance
- Managing purchasing activities including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery timelines
- Supporting tenders and RFP documentation as needed
- Acting as a reliable operational partner who ensures follow-through without constant reminders
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in Inside sales coordination, procurement, or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an asset
- Experience in fleet, municipal, or heavy equipment environments is preferred
