FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER: The Financial Services Manager is responsible for business office targets and objectives. They are to ensure the Finance & Insurance department fulfills targets, maintains high customer satisfaction levels and complies with all legal and OMVIC requirements.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Present all available products to all customers all the time. Building value in the products for the customers, resulting in a compelling reason to purchase. Work with OEM Captive Finance companies and Bank institutions to get customer contracts funded efficiently and quickly. Participate in professional training. Identify targets for finance product sales and ensure that such targets are met. Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate advice. Work with Sales Managers and Sales Team to maximize the “F&I starts at the front door” approach. Bring a positive attitude and add to the positive culture! KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Well organized and possesses strong time management skills. Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated and have the ability to learn quickly and be open to challenges. Strong financial skills. Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions. A valid Ontario Driver’s License with a good driving record. OMVIC Certified
