**Hours:**5:30am - 3:00pm (flexibility as needed), Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed

Hourly Rate:$22.84

What You'll Be Doing: Production Setup & Line Operation

• Coordinate parts and people with Shift Lead to set up lines in order to meet production start times.
• Excellent understanding of how to operate all lines.
• Able to load recipes for all lines.
• Independently do changeovers on all lines.
• Able to train employees and temporary workers in all scenarios.

Equipment & Mechanical Maintenance

• Basic knowledge of how to troubleshoot and maintain the efficient mechanical function of basic machinery operation.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair minor maintenance problems.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure food and personal safety hazards are corrected quickly and effectively to meet company and legislative requirements.
• Always maintains high quality and food safety standards.

Problem Resolution & Escalation

• Prompt resolution and follow through on issues and escalate when required.

Other Duties

• Other tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with BRC or other GFSI-recognized food safety standards.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and OHSA requirements, with the ability to apply them in a practical, production environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Dessert Manufacturing or Bakery experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or higher).
