About the role

What you will do:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic business leader to join the CTC Strategy Enablement team. This role is crucial in translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful execution of the strategies for key customer occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Define and refine the company's strategic vision to improve customer-relevancy during key customer occasions

  • Translate high-level strategic goals into tailored strategies with actionable plans and initiatives that enable CTC to stand out as a leading retail organization

  • Gather and analyze data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to inform recommendations that address specific business needs and deliver increases in market share

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Bring organizational focus and structured planning to customer occasions, integrating customer insights into the planning and execution of strategies

  • Offer expert advice through the lens of the customer to make informed decisions, ensuring the prioritization of resourcing and work efforts aligns to customer-centric growth principles

Project Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans from conception to completion.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization and across various departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

  • Facilitate communication and information flow between teams to align efforts, acting as a liaison between executive leadership and functional teams.

  • Performance Measurement**:** Ensure the organization delivers on share growth aspirations and meets customer needs, regularly assessing and reporting on the success of implemented strategies.

  • Change Management**:** Pioneer new ways of working, breaking down organizational silos to ensure that the enterprise vision for the customer is realized.

  • **Continuous Improvement:**Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape, to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

  • Team Leadership**:** Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture; Manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth of team members

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience across functions including strategy development, consulting, merchandising, or marketing

  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Superior influencing skills, with an ability to show up credibly and manage up

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research and make data-driven decisions.
