Temporary position for 12 months
Join a dynamic team of five dedicated change management professionals who collaborate closely with the Claims Division’s cross-sectoral and operational teams. Focused on ensuring claims accuracy in a rapidly evolving environment, these advisors play a critical role in advancing our sector’s objectives, driving initiatives that create competitive advantages for DGIG. As a P&C insurance change integration advisor, you’ll be responsible for identifying impacts, defining strategies and coordinating the implementation of changes within various business lines across the country. This role requires you to provide strategic advice and support for the integration of P&C insurance programs, systems, products, processes and tools. You’ll take on a leadership role among diverse partners who are working on complex, innovative development projects and strategic initiatives. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation projects
- Evaluate the organizational and human impacts of proposed changes
- Design and lead workshops, training and communications to promote adoption of change
- Work with internal partners to ensure a smooth transition
- Monitor the integration of changes and adjust approaches to meet success objectives
- Act as a liaison between project teams, managers and employees
- Help develop and update policies, standards and approaches for your sector
- Identify and analyze issues to diagnose them and make recommendations to decision-making bodies

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience with change management
- Experience working in a rapidly changing environment
- Advanced English and French proficiency due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with English and French-speaking partners, members, and clients
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance and the claims sector
