YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Superintendent – Quebec, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Create and/or edit job descriptions, create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and publish job postings both internally and externally;
- Support the pre-employment verification process for salaried and hourly candidates (reference taking, criminal records verification, medical exam scheduling, English assessments;
- Update all required tracking documents;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest recruitment standard and philosophy;
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Support the recruitment team for all matters related to recruitment function as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- College Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or relevant field;
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain high standards, ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maximize efficiencies in daily work;
- Experience with Taleo is considered an asset;
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Your Work Schedule:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; possibility of a 5-2-4-3 schedule. A combination of tele-working with presence at our offices in either Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda or Mirabel, QC. Occasional visits to our Quebec sites may also be required.
