Marcomm Integrated Business Solutions (a Division of Telecon Inc.) is looking for a Project Coordinator with previous experience within the structured cabling/low-voltage industry to join our growing team.
The Project Coordinator will be working with team members to create a realistic timeline, following up with team members to ensure everything is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways.
Our ideal candidate for this exciting and challenging role will thrive in ever changing environments and take great pride in ensuring projects run smoothly, in a timely manner and are profitable.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
Solving any issues that may arise during the project - Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Material ordering and management
- Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Experience in Project Coordination
- Experience within the low voltage or cabling industry is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to fluctuating timelines and planning requirements
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with D365 is an asset
- Ability to think outside of the box and organize priorities
- High attention to detail and time management
