OneSchool Global is immediately seeking a dynamic and creative Campus Principal for our Oxbow Campus!!
Responsibilities:
As a Campus Principal, you will lead your staff and maintain a positive campus culture. Willingness to engage with all stakeholders including parents, students and the greater community to promote the curriculum and events happening at the campus. Administrative duties such as reporting to the National Leadership Team, managing schedules, updating grades, attendance and tracking of Professional Development for staff members. Possess a strong ability to multi task and a clear understanding of Best Practices for Self-Directed Learning (SDL). Advanced project management skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional Learning Community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred. Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership
- Saskatchewan School Administrator/Principal Certification
- Willingness to take a criminal background check
- Willingness to be part of a collaborative educational team;
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written;
- Professional learning community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred;
- Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries
History of our School:
OneSchool North America, founded in 2005, is a school system of excellence, comprised of 36 private schools located across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Currently, the system provides over 1,100 students aged 8-18 with an outstanding and challenging education, using the latest in technology and teaching pedagogy. Staff have the opportunity to travel and collaborate with like-minded professionals from across the continent. OneSchool is one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive, truly global schools. With nearly 10,000 students, over 130 campuses, and approximately 2,500 staff operating across 20 countries, OneSchool’s global education ecosystem provides an environment in which our staff and students thrive. Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, education and training.

We currently offer several International General Certificate of Secondary Education(IGCSE) courses, along with the comprehensive middle school Checkpointprogram. Also, our Cambridge offerings now include Advanced(A) and Advanced Subsidiary(AS) Level courses for grades 11 and 12.
Leaders in Virtual Classroom Technology
To further enhance and share the educational experience, all campus sites were connected via state of the art Virtual Classroom (VC) equipment in 2007. This exciting program allows for almost unlimited sharing of specialist teachers between campuses and, in the 2012-2013 year, involved almost 150 different classes continentally. As our focus on the Regional Model grows from year to year, our Campuses continue to reap the benefits of using Virtual Classroom technology as a collaborative tool.
Sterling Accreditation – AdvancED™
As part of Sterling's commitment to continuous improvement, Sterling Education undertook a system-wide review as the first step towards gaining accreditation. Beginning with the graduating class of 2012, all Sterling diplomas now carry the AdvancED certification, a tribute to the excellence found in the Sterling system.
