YOUR IMPACT
As a Program Manager for OpenText’s Executive Sponsorship program, you’ll own and deliver one of our most critical strategic initiatives. This program is designed to strengthen long-term executive relationships, provide strategic guidance, and drive both revenue growth and risk mitigation. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure flawless execution, meaningful engagement, and continuous program improvement.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Full ownership of the Executive Sponsorship program execution, including defining and communicating ELT engagement models, creating communication plans, tracking progress, and assessing program success.
- Development of scoreboards to evaluate customer account health and ongoing assessment of inclusion criteria for accounts.
- Opportunity to design and deliver executive-level and board presentations.
- The chance to work cross-functionally to drive alignment, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
- A highly visible role that supports OpenText’s growth agenda by fostering executive relationships and enabling stronger customer and partner connections.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in program and project management; consulting firm experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to take ownership and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Experience navigating complex, multinational, matrix-based organizations and acting as the connective “glue” across teams.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work outside conventional hours to coordinate with global teams.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with Salesforce.com experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Go-to-Market strategy in enterprise software sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
SALARY STATEMENT
Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, aligned with OpenText’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence.
