As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance program. This role ensures that all Cool Aid properties, including buildings, rooms, grounds, and equipment, are regularly inspected and maintained to high standards of safety, security, and operational efficiency.
The Supervisor provides leadership to the maintenance team by:
Overseeing daily maintenance and repair tasks Ensuring timely work order completion Maintaining compliance with safety regulations Coordinating with management for maintenance planning and improvements Monitoring employees' work and attendance Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Fostering a high-performing team environment Managing transportation and acquisition of materials and tools
Qualifications
Education
A minimum of a two (2) year trade diploma in a relevant field (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
At least three (3) years of recent related work experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory position.
Requirements
Successful completion of the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General Criminal Record Check. Class 5 Driver's License with a clear driver's abstract.

Hourly Wage Rate: $33.77 - $38.77
Work Location: Various
Shift Time: 07:45 AM to 3:45 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekly Hours: 37.5
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
