Your Impact

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support the pharmacist in the technical and administrative aspects of prescription processing and day-to-day pharmacy operations. This role contributes to the delivery of pharmacy services in communities where access to care may be limited.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and process prescriptions in accordance with provincial regulations

  • Perform data entry, patient profile updates, and refill processing

  • Assist in filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision

  • Prepare and label medications accurately

  • Maintain inventory and assist with stock management

  • Support administrative and clerical functions

  • Provide customer service in a respectful and professional manner

What We’re Looking For

  • Certification from a college or online Pharmacy Technician/Assistant program
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
  • Experience with prescription workflow and preparation
  • Strong computer skills (Kroll experience is an asset)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills Respect for diverse communities and cultural awareness
