About the role
SportStars is one of the fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We deliver high-quality, structured sports programming across multiple locations, with a focus on fun, skills development, and exceptional customer experience.
As we continue to scale, marketing plays a critical role in driving registrations, building community engagement, and ensuring our programs operate to high standards.
We are hiring aMarketing Coordinatorto take ownership of CSP’s marketing engine — from strategy to execution.
This is not a coordinator role. You will be responsible fordriving measurable growth, improving how we acquire and retain customers, and ensuring every program launches with strong enrollment.
You’ll oversee digital campaigns, grassroots marketing, and brand execution across all locations — while working closely with operations to align marketing with real program needs.
Growth & Strategy
- Own and execute CSP’s marketing strategy across all seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)
- Drive program registrations and revenue through targeted campaigns
- Identify underperforming programs/locations and implement marketing plans to improve fill rates
- Continuously optimize customer acquisition funnels
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, paid social, organic social)
- Manage seasonal launches, promotions, and registration pushes
- Build segmented campaigns based on age groups, sports, and locations
- Track and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, program fill rates, ROI)
- Use data to make decisions and continuously improve campaign performance
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
Brand & Content
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all touchpoints
- Oversee content creation (social media, print materials, in-facility signage)
- Guide tone, messaging, and positioning for CSP across all channels
Community & Grassroots Marketing
- Develop partnerships with schools, community groups, and local organizations
- Oversee in-person marketing initiatives and local outreach
- Ensure strong on-site marketing presence at all CSP venues
Requirements

1–4+ years of experience in marketing, with ownership over campaigns and results

Proven track record of driving growth (registrations, leads, or revenue)

Strong understanding of digital marketing (paid social, email/SMS, funnels)

Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
