Clinical Supervisor
Lethbridge Family Services is seeking a clinical supervisor to join our team! This position will provide support in the Counselling, Outreach and Education team ensuring that the counselling program operates in accordance with organizational/departmental policies and procedures, accreditation standards and contractual obligations.

Clinical supervisors:
• recruit, hire and provide orientation to all clinical staff,
• ensure quality client care through supportive supervision, address ethical concerns and guidance in resolution and comply with relevant protocols, policies and regulation standards,
• foster an environment of professional development while maintaining relevance in current developments in the field,
• make appropriate referrals for purpose of obtaining evaluations, treatment, diagnosis, and/or utilizing appropriate community resources,
• utilize the therapeutic monitoring system to evaluate client progress and aggregate departmental outcomes,
• coordinate review/ revision of clinical policies and procedures as needed, and
- consult with the program director on performance reviews, and developmental training of each
clinical staff.
Required skills and qualifications:
• completion of a recognized Master’s graduate program in psychology, social work or related field,
• minimum of five years’ experience,
• must be a member in good standing with a professional association and have liability insurance,
• excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and the ability to inspire confidence, and
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
All new employees must provide a police information check and vulnerable sector check dated not less than 90 days prior to the date of hire.

Hours: 21 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexible schedule is available.
